ALDA's History

The history of Ala-ud-Din Academy Girls High School (ALDA), can be traced from 1901, when a small informal school was set up by the women of the Mian family for imparting education to the girls of Baghbanpura, Lahore. Now, over a century later, the school is one of the oldest and largest private institutions in Baghbanpura, Lahore, Pakistan.

It caters to the educational needs of students from kindergarten to the secondary level.

Principal’s Message

I am Rizwana Jalees, proudly serving as the Principal of ALDA since 2007. For me, education is not just a system—it is a responsibility to shape minds, build character, and create a better future.

At ALDA, we do not simply prepare students for exams; we prepare them for life. We believe our students are the future of Pakistan, and our mission is to develop thinkers, leaders, and compassionate individuals who can make a real difference in society.

Our focus goes beyond academics. We actively promote values such as honesty, integrity, discipline, and kindness, because strong character is the foundation of true success.

We also invest deeply in our teachers. Through continuous training and development, we ensure that our educators are equipped with modern skills to guide students in today’s ever-changing world.

As a no-profit, no-loss institution, we are strongly committed to promoting female education and creating an environment where every girl can learn, grow, and thrive with confidence.
